		<description>They look like they are covered in melted chocolate, not frosting.  So here&#039;s how I would do them....

Go to Walmart, Target, Party City, Beverlys, Michaels or a place where you can buy sticks (you could even use popcycle sticks if you can&#039;t find treat sticks.

Get some &quot;Candy Melts&quot; or chocolate chips - probably white ones would work.  And get some food coloring.  

Make a tray of rice crispy treats and then cut into the shape shown in picture and add your stick.  Then melt your chocolate either by double boiler method or microwave.  Dip your rice crispy treats in and let dry.  Then using either a squeeze bottle (like you would put mustard or catsup in) or pastry bags and pipe out your design onto your treats.  Add sprinkles and candies where you like.  

And get some of the green confetti/grass and a container and then you can gift them up like the picture.
